Naval Aviation Museum

The Naval Aviation Museum http://www.navalaviationmuseum.org/ is 45 minutes away and is literally worth a ten hour ride to see. It is FREE.

The Blue Angels

Frequently the Blue Angels make runs just off the coast on the south side of the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club complex. Their regular practices are free and the best place to watch them is just behind the Naval Aviation Museum. The practices are exactly like the shows. USS Alabama

The USS Alabama is 50 minutes away on US 90 just east of Mobile http://www.ussalabama.com/

Golf
